A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US...
SJM started off as a hardware store that grew into Gas Powered Outdoor Equipment. We began buying closeouts and returns from one of the largest manufacturers of OPE so that we can deliver better value to our customers. We are enthusiasts and tinkerers. We bleed gasoline. We are not a fancy dealership and we deliver as much value as possible.
As our business grew so did our manufacturer relationships. In addition to our 15,000 SQ FT store, we occupy 200,000 SQ FT outside of Charlotte, NC where we receive, process and repair returns from many major manufacturers. And, we are still growing.
We do our own paint and metal work, use only original manufacturer parts, and custom crate each machine to survive the roughest of journeys.
We still pay the same attention to detail and treat each machine as if it was going out to an important customer. We put the same effort into the work we do as a service and our own machines.

RETURNS CENTER
Using SJM as your Returns Center optimizes and potentially monetizes your reverse logistics. We accept returns direct from consumers and your retail partners. We can inspect, repair and QC your products on your behalf and track the product by serial number throughout the entire process.
LIQUIDATION OPPORTUNITY
Sell off your customer returns, damaged in transit equipment and distressed inventory. Have full confidence that it will be either properly remanufactured under a new serial number and SJM warranty or salvaged for parts and recycled with environmental conscienceness.
